Influence

An influence impacts the realization of the desired future state. Influences may come from outside of the organization, (such as competitors, customers, suppliers, regulatory bodies and technology) or from inside the organization.

Influences are used to create Risk Analysis Results.

Details

An Influence contains 3 attributes:

  • Influence ID - A unique reference to the influence.

  • Influence Source - Identifies the source of the influence.

  • Influence - A description of the influence.
